First of all select a balcony design from our website that you think is closest to your requirements. Most of our featured balconies have a guide price to help you to estimate a budget.

Then contact Charles Ware & Co to discuss your balcony. When you are happy with our outline plan we shall produce a drawing for your approval.

Charles Ware & Co require an initial payment of 10% of the projects budget which will cover the costs of site visits and the production of the drawing.

A drawing ensures that their is no confusion between you and Charles Ware & Co and both parties are clear about the project and your final expenditure.

The drawing can be used for Building Regulations and for any Planning Application should that be necessary (Charles Ware & Co. will advise on this).

Charles Ware & Co will require 30% of the budget upon your instruction of manufacture and a further 30% when manufacture is complete.

The final 30% shall be payable after your balcony has been fitted.
